Project description: As part of our Client’s dilapidations settlement we were instructed to carry out a full CAT A refurbishment to the 50,000 sq. ft. industrial unit. The works comprised the stripping out of all our Client’s fixtures, fittings and equipment within the warehouse, and retuning the office suite to its original configuration.

Extensive remedials to external envelope included replacement of external cladding, shutter doors, replacing rooflights and recovering roofs and gutters.
