Project description: Refurbishment and fit-out of office suites, common parts, WC’s and circulation space within this multi-occupied grade 2 listed building, including a complete overhaul of all mechanical & electrical installations. A new passenger lift was added to upgrade internal circulation routes.
Great care was taken to reflect the history of the building, which was originally built for the Royal Daulton Company, and many existing features were restored as part of the project.
Following extensive structural reconfiguration, the internal carpark area has been transformed into a fresh modern business centre offering café, restaurant and collaborative work space facilities, as well as the connectivity required for a modern flexible working hub.
The project won the prestigious Gold Award at the 2019 FIS Awards.
