Project description: Refurbishment of grade II listed building on Grosvenor Place to provide a head office for an international financial company.

As well as creating a modern open-plan office for the upper floors, we carried out extensive restoration of the feature floors, incorporating many traditional skills to retain the historic features of this wonderful building.
