Project description: CAT A fit out over 3 floors providing contemporary office space in this prominent office block located within the Regents Quarter development in Kings Cross. With exposed raft ceilings, the scheme was designed to allow flexible use and potential sub-division of the space if required.

As part of the project, the common areas were also refurbished and new WC facilities provided on each floor.
