Project description: The complete refurbishment of the 4th floor of Block F at Parkhall Business Centre, to include 10 individual office units designed around a central breakout space incorporating meeting rooms, tea point, telephone booths and WC facilities.

The project also included the replacement of the existing roof structure and covering to allow replacement, as well as creating new roof terraces with stunning views over Central London.
