Project Description: The refurbishment of this multi-tenanted Victorian warehouse focused on the upgrading of common parts, services, communal spaces and WC facilities throughout the building. The focal point of the project was the extensive upgrade of the existing atrium to create a vibrant, comfortable and welcoming new space for all users of the Canalot Studios.

Carried out over 4 phases, the project ensured continuity of use for existing tenants as well as the many visitors and local residents who utilise the café facilities.
