Paternoster House is a 6 storey office block which is part of the redevelopment to Paternoster Square, adjacent to St Paul’s Cathedral.
MFS acquired 5,000 sq. ft., and this project involved the fitting out of the space to the exceptionally high specification expected by a City institution.
The project included a combination of open plan and cellular office configuration to this new build office in the heart of the City. As one would expect in a development of this nature, close liaison with the buildings facilities team was essential for the successful delivery of the project.
