Lloyds Banking Group - Cockfosters

This project involved the comprehensive refurbishment of this 9 storey, 1970’s office block to provide a modern working environment for Lloyds Bank.

The project required a full refurbishment of the mechanical and electrical infrastructure, which then enabled the sequential refurbishment of floors, coordinated to ensure that existing staff experienced minimum inconvenience.

As well as traditional office space, the project delivered meeting rooms and training suites. Once the internal refurbishment was completed, extensive repairs and remedial works were carried out to the roof and external facades. After much consideration, a cradle system was used for these works rather than traditional scaffolding to provide the client with best value, in terms of time and budget, whilst not compromising safety.

I cannot recommend Interior Motives highly enough. Delivery on time and on budget for a major refurbishment within an occupied building is simply not enough these days, as the additional contribution in the means of delivery through attitudes and behavior of those involved plays an equal part of the overall service, and that is delivered in full by Interior Motives.
