Griffin House, Hammersmith

This project involved the comprehensive CAT A fit out of the 20,000 sq. ft. on the 4th floor of this otherwise occupied building in a busy Hammersmith location. Three floors of this building had been refurbished and occupied by a major media cooperation and therefore this landlord project required careful management to ensure minimum disruption was a caused to the occupiers of the building. One of the key challenges was to design and coordinate a new M&E installation which maximized the available floor to ceiling available within the constraints of the structure .
