Gracechurch Street, CFC Underwriting

This project involved the CAT B fit out of the office space for Lloyds underwriters on the second floor of this multi tenanted office block on Gracechurch Street.

The fit out delivered a modern working environment, with a combination of open plan and cellular offices, as well as meeting rooms and break-out facilities.

The project required very exacting site management to overcome the particular access and logistical challenges. All deliveries had to be planned to ensure that there was minimal disruption to the rest of this occupied building, as everything had to come through the main reception area.
