Albemarle Street - W1

This project involved the CAT A refurbishment of a Grade II listed building on Albemarle Street in the West End.

The building, located on one of the busiest streets in the West End, required extensive liaison with local authorities, neighbours and the general public. The works were carried out in three separate phases, external elevations, internal fit out, reception and common parts refurbishment. On each floor structural walls were removed to create an open plan configuration.

The ground floor unit of this property was occupied by David Linley’s retail operation and remained open through the project. Close cooperation was essential between our team and the retailer to ensure that disruption was kept to a minimum.
