The Learning Centre @ Mall Galleries
This challenging project transformed a damp and unused basement in this Grade 1 listed building on the mall into a vibrant and exciting education space.
Combe Bank School
Our ongoing work with the school has included the remodelling of existing buildings and landscape interventions. A first phase of work was completed in the summer of 2015, with further phases scheduled for 2016.
London Borough of Tower Hamlets
This project involved a design and build contract to create a high tech learning and library environment within the retail zone of the One Churchill Place, a 32 storey block in Canary Wharf.

Based in Regents Park London Business School is one of the works elite business schools providing a range of MBA and further education programmes.
Francis Holland Schools Trust
Francis Holland Schools trust includes two of London’s leading girl’s independent schools which are located in Sloane Square and Regents Park.
Radnor House School
For this exciting and challenging project, we created a new Sixth Form Common Room at Radner House School. The school is located within a conservation area on the River Thames in Twickenham, and on the site of a house built by the poet Alexander Pope.
Beddington Lane
This project comprised the refurbishment of an existing warehouse unit in Croydon following the termination of the existing lease.
Freebournes Rd - Witham
This project comprised the internal and external refurbishment of a 70,000 sq. ft. warehouse unit in Witham, following the termination of the existing lease.

This project involved the complete refurbishment of a listed building for one of London’s leading Barrister Chambers.
City & Guilds, Smithfields
This project comprised the complete refurbishment of City & Guilds head office located in the historic Smithfield Market.
Worshipful Company of Barbers Surgeons
This project comprised the internal and external refurbishment of the historic Barbers Surgeons Livery Hall in the City, as well as the CAT A refurbishment of 3 floors of commercial office and the creation of a new reception area.

Refurbishment of this 21,000 sq. ft. self-contained office block in Reading including structural reconfiguration to provide a dramatic new entrance and enlarged reception.

Cat B fit out of new head office facility for Nissan UK and European activities including extensive Comms & IT infrastructure.
MFS International Ltd
Paternoster House is a 6 storey office block which is part of the redevelopment to Paternoster Square, adjacent to St Paul’s Cathedral.
Tanfield Chambers
This project involved the complete refurbishment of a listed building for one of London’s leading Barrister Chambers.
Jones Lang LaSalle – Walbrook
This project involved the CAT B fit out of Jones Lang LaSalle’s new City office, creating a dynamic working environment within this new landmark Richard Rodgers designed building adjacent to Bank Station.

Hyperion Insurance
This project combined the refurbishment and fit-out of 65,000 sq. ft. in this prominent building on Eastcheap to create a new head office for this rapidly expanding international insurance brokers.
City & Guilds, Smithfields
This project comprised the complete refurbishment of City & Guilds head office located in the historic Smithfield Market.
Worshipful Company of Barbers Surgeons
This project comprised the internal and external refurbishment of the historic Barbers Surgeons Livery Hall in the City, as well as the CAT A refurbishment of 3 floors of commercial office and the creation of a new reception area.

This project involved the CAT B fit out of 13,000 sq.ft. for Kalido Ltd in this landmark building on the corner of Trafalgar Square and The Strand.

This project comprised the refurbishment of Grade II listed building to provide a new head office for this internationally renowned shoe retailer.
